Step 2 — Assessment:
Our team will meet with your family to conduct a thorough care assessment to understand your loved one's medical needs, memory care requirements, daily routines, and personal preferences. This becomes the foundation of their individualized care plan.
Step 3 — Move In:
Once the care plan is in place and paperwork is complete, we'll personally welcome your loved one home to Rompa House , a warm, comfortable place where they'll be known, cared for, and truly at home.
